Reading without getting any sense whether the information is important or not, is constant reminder of my disability towards the German language. The gradual accumulation of letters in my mail box which define my status, legibility, rights, duties.. coming from different institutions such as (Bank ,medical insurance, university Tv and radio taxes...) reminds me daily that I am not able to deal and define the information contained, the more letters I get the more I feel helpless and anxious.
